As you may remember, earlier this year, ACFO-ACAF hosted its first Mental Health and Wellness Seminar as part of the Joint Career Development Program to help members cope with challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has brought on.
We wanted to publicly share the practitioner panel, which was a part of this valuable seminar. A full recording of the Mental Health Seminar is exclusively available to members on the my.ACFO-ACAF portal.
The participants on the panel included:
- Dr. Marie-Helene Pelletier, a practicing psychologist with more than 20 years of experience
- Breanna Pizzuto, founder of Talk Tools
- Jean-François Claude, 22-year public service veteran and mental health advocate
- Moderator Adrian Harewood, co-host of CBC News Ottawa
