Quebec Tune Up 2018: Filling your leadership toolbox
ACFO in partnership with the Office of the Comptroller General (OCG) is pleased continue the ACFO Regional Tune Up series into 2018 beginning in Montreal, Quebec. A special event will be held for the FI Community in Montreal on Tuesday, January 16 at the Courtyard Montreal Downtown (380 Rene-Levesque Boulevard West).
Offered to the FI Community under the ACFO-OCG Joint Career Development Program, this free full-day event (8:00 am – 4:15 pm) will feature a complimentary breakfast and lunch, as well as inspiring and educational presentations centring around themes of leadership, emotional intelligence and continuing development.
The Quebec Tune Up will feature keynote speaker Danièle Sauvageau, head coach of the Olympic Gold medal-winning women’s hockey team at the 2002 Winter Olympics. She is also a former public servant, serving with the RCMP and Montreal police department for 24 years. Her keynote will draw on her expertise, her studies in social work and management and her extensive experience in leading teams to victory.
The event will also feature a presentation from the OCG about talent and career management in the financial community, as well as an ACFO town hall lunch with updates on topics including the collective agreement, Phoenix, and more.
