ACFO President Dany Richard was quoted in an article in Metro Ottawa talking about the results of the latest FI Community Phoenix Impact Study survey.
“The measures that have been put in place to resolve the issue are clearly insufficient. At the end of the day, we need more resources to handle the high volume.”
