Following the July 5, 2013 interest arbitration award, a new Collective Agreement will be implemented; including terms for retroactive economic wage increases and a pay grid restructure effective in 2013.
Below is a breakdown of all FI salaries by level to help you determine your new rate of pay following the pay grid restructure in November 2013. To use this chart, start by identifying your current rate of pay, then follow the column downward to determine your new rate of pay effective November 7, 2013.
Please note that the current breakdown does not take into account promotions, acting pay and/or anniversary dates that may occur after July 5, 2013.
