Yoga classes. In-house gyms. Lunch and learns. That’s what many organizations offer when they want to support employee health and wellness. But are these the right initiatives? Actually, there are better strategies and many of them can be traced back to the finance department.

As financial officers we have the skills and experience to measure and report information, and it turns out that this is one of the most effective ways to improve organizational health and wellness.

In this session Wanda will explain the unique contribution that finance can make – indeed must make – if health and wellness is truly to be an organizational priority.
