ACFO-ACAF has scheduled the next session of our ongoing EDI Learning Series. This series of webinars provides ACFO-ACAF members with an opportunity to come together over the lunch hour and discuss topics related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Our next session on physical and learning disabilities will feature a presentation by Layla Guse Salah, a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, who has overcome the challenges of cerebral palsy to become a driving force for change in her community. Layla will discuss how her lived experiences have influenced her work surrounding equity and inclusion, notably contributing to the development of a groundbreaking Communications and Disability course at Carleton University.

The session will be hosted in English only and will take place on Thursday, June 13, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm ET. The session will be hosted virtually on MS Teams.
