We are pleased to be launching our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (EDIAR) survey and request your completion of the survey at your earliest convenience.
The information we collect will help us to create a more equitable and inclusive CT Community by assessing EDIAR within our membership, thus enabling us to better understand the needs of our diverse community.
The information we collect aims to:
- Identify equity group demographics so we can focus our advocacy efforts on the equity groups we represent;
- Fulfill our duty to advocate for, represent, and protect the interests of equity groups in our membership; and
- Deliver meaningful programs and initiatives (EDI learning series, collective bargaining proposals, etc.).
Completing this survey will take ten minutes. Your input will help us create a more equitable, diverse, inclusive, and anti-racist CT Community and public service, where everyone can feel like they belong.
