ACFO-ACAF is pleased to announce that the tentative agreement for our NAV Canada members has been ratified.
The new collective agreement will expire on February 7, 2029.
The employer has informed us that they intend to have your new salaries updated in time to be reflected on your December 4 pay. Retroactive pay dating back to the start of the agreement on February 7, 2024, will be paid out no later than your January 1, 2025, pay.
The employer will be distributing a notice to all our NAV Canada members on November 27 via NAV NOW, confirming the timing of payments and the instructions for anyone wishing to deposit some, or all, of the retroactive pay into their Group Retirement Savings Plan (GRSP).
