Since launching our one-on-one coaching services on a trial basis in 2023, we have helped many CT Community members by providing tips and advice on proactively addressing workplace issues at the earliest stage possible to avoid relying on third-party intervention. Due to the pilot’s success, we are happy to announce that we will now offer our free, confidential, and focused one-on-one coaching services on a full-time basis.

Workplace conflict is inevitable, so it’s important to arm yourself with the knowledge and tools to navigate these moments effectively. Whether you’re currently dealing with an issue or encounter one in the future, being aware of best practices for addressing conflicts will help you proactively resolve small issues before they escalate into larger, more complex problems.

Members that are interested in learning more about resolving workplace issues are encouraged to check out the recording of our EDIAR Learning Series session “Practical tools for resolving workplace issues”. The session was hosted by our Job Content, Classification and Equity Advisor, Danielle Lafleur, who has more than 14 years of experience at ACFO-ACAF. Danielle has handled thousands of cases related to workplace issues, which has provided her with valuable insights into the best ways to resolve them. During the session, she discusses:

  • The impact of workplace issues on individual and team morale;
  • The most common barriers to finding resolutions;
  • How to prevent workplace issues;
  • Effective ways to address workplace issues; and
  • How workplace issues can actually be helpful.

The recording is available here.

If you’re interested in taking advantage of our free, confidential, and focused one-on-one coaching services, or if you have any questions, please contact Danielle by email at dlafleur@acfo-acaf.com. Coaching services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
