The ACFO Board of Directors hereby informs the membership that Louise Amyot has joined the board effective immediately.
Marcel Boulianne has decided to step down for personal reasons. As per Bylaw 1, Section 6.5.1(a), Louise will replace Marcel for the remainder of his term.
The ACFO Board would like to wish Marcel all the best and welcome Louise to the team.
