Collective agreement update: Retroactive wage adjustments
ACFO-ACAF can now confirm that public service FI members can begin to expect lump sum payments representing their retroactive wage adjustments on their upcoming pay cheques. We are pleased to hear that some members have in fact already begun receiving their retro pay, but we want to reiterate that, as set out in the collective agreement, Treasury Board has until January 28, 2020 to implement these payments.
Previously we had been informed that the lump sum payments ACFO-ACAF members could expect beginning this week were the $400 payments in recognition of the longer-than-average implementation timeline. We can now clarify that these lump sum payments are still forthcoming and should also be implemented by the end of January.
If you have not received your retroactive wage adjustment or the $400 lump sum payment by January 28, 2020, please contact a Labour Relations Advisor at labourrelations@acfo-acaf.com.
