Collective Bargaining: Seeking Volunteers and Feedback
ACFO-ACAF is seeking volunteers to join the Compensation and Benefits Committee as we prepare to negotiate the first CT Group Collective Agreement.
As a committee member, you will help prepare bargaining proposals, assist the negotiating team and advise the Board of Directors. Participation is open to all members of the CT group and the committee will meet via teleconference.
We are also inviting the CT Community to submit suggestions for proposals to bring to the bargaining table and give feedback on what you are hoping to see during the collective bargaining process. We ask that you take a few minutes to fill out the Collective Bargaining Survey. In order to access this survey, you must be a registered member. Contact Info@acfo-acaf.com to receive the link to the survey if you haven’t received the survey to your inbox by November 27. This feedback will help our negotiating team shape priorities for this round of collective bargaining.
If you are interested in helping shape the future of the CT community by volunteering for the Compensation and Benefits Committee or wish to submit suggestions or comments on proposals, please reach out to our Lead Negotiator Scott Chamberlain at schamberlain@acfo-acaf.com.
