We are thrilled to be bringing back for a second year our highly popular end-of-year celebration event, the ACFO-ACAF Holiday Gala, on December 13! 

The Holiday Gala is a free event bringing ACFO-ACAF members together for a year-end celebration with dinner, drinks, and dancing. It will take place at the Rogers Centre (formerly Shaw Centre) in Ottawa in Canada Hall 1 (3rd floor) from 4:30 to 11:00 pm. 

The gala will not only serve as a time for networking and merriment, but also as an opportunity to celebrate outgoing ACFO-ACAF president Dany Richard and the CT Community Award winners.  

Agenda 

4:30 PM – 6:00 pm  Cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres 
6:00 – 7:00 pm Dinner service 
7:00 – 7:30 pm CT Community Awards ceremony 
7:30 – 8:00 pm  Tribute to Dany Richard 
8:00 – 11:00 pm Performance by The VanDura’s and dancing 

Registration 

With only 500 spots available and given that registration was full for the 2023 event in just over 24 hours, registration will take place as follows to ensure fairness for all members. 

  • First 300 tickets: Awarded on a first come, first served basis to members 
  • Final 200 tickets: Awarded to members via lottery (registration must take place before November 21) with the lottery conducted on November 22 – you must RSVP by November 29 to the confirmation sent on November 22 to claim your ticket, as unclaimed tickets will be released
