Effective December 20, 2021, the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO) has posted new guidance on the use of ‘Other Leave with Pay (699)’.
These changes have been made in light of the emerging Omicron variant. In particular, they address situations where childcare becomes an issue in the event of school closures.
